Jim at Direct Auto Transport was honest and up front with me from the very beginning of moving my vehicle. It's the first time I have had a vehicle shipped via a transport company and he did a great job of explaining the whole process from start to finish. My vehicle was a rather unique one and they did an excellent job of handling it and delivering it as they had explained. I would consider doing business with them again.
