Customer service were nice and understandable. However it was hard to keep contact because they were contacting the other number instead of mine, and my mother did not speak english. This was specified and did complicate matters causing our rates to also go up. I was told they spoke to my mother and she had okayed the additional charge when in reality my mother had spoken TO NO ONE, and approved nothing. I let it slide since the car was in transport and it did arrive on time and fairly quickly.
