For anyone that needs to have their vehicles transported, and you want fast and trustworthy service, I would highly recommend that you call Marc Richards at Direct Connect Auto Service to handle your transport for you. They are awesome!! I recently used them to transport my vehicle from California to Ohio and if I ever need that service again, I would use Direct Connect (and recommend them to anyone that I know) because I am so impressed with the outstanding job that they did! The transporter they used was a company called Tailwind Express and they are just as awesome as Direct Connect! And Direct Connect was the second company that I called. The first company quoted me a price of $1,200 and told me it would take 8 to 12 days to get my vehicle there AND I had to give a 3-week notice before I could even have my car picked up. I called Marc at Direct Connect and the price he quoted me was $950 and he told me it would take 5 to 6 days to get my vehicle there, and I just had to give a 1-week notice to have my car picked up. After it was said and done, the final price was $950 but my vehicle was there in 3 days, instead of 5-6 days!! I could not believe it! Driver Tema was right on time to pick my car up, and I did not have the easiest area to pick up from...down the street from LAX at noon on a Friday! But he was on time, he did everything at my convenience to make things easier on me because he knew I was moving across country, and when he told me he would have my car there Monday at 2 or 3 in the afternoon, I was shocked! I even questioned the driver and he assured me it would be Monday that he would arrive. He was absolutely right! Not only was it Monday, but it was 11 a.m. when he delivered it to my house, over 3 hours early than the original time given to me! I could not believe it! It arrived early, with no damages to the car, and I had 2 expensive, fragile planters in the trunk that were only bubble wrapped (along with other items in back seat), and everything arrived in perfect condition and accounted for. Both Marc and Tema were friendly, professional and patient with me (as I changed my pick up and delivery information - - times, days AND addresses, like 3 different times, and every time, they were both accommodating to me.) I am so happy with the service that I received. I have heard of transporter nightmares before and I'm so glad I used Direct Connect because being my first time having a car transported, I did not know what to expect. But this much I can tell you, Marc Richards is the man!!!
