Great experience with Direct Connect Auto Transport. JR provided excellent customer service. Responsive, returned calls quickly, lightening fast service & reasonable fees...very smooth. Carrier was tops. Rig was modern, well maintained, extra heavy duty ramps. Pick-up & delivery were as promised. The driver really made the company shine. He even found space for extra parts (brake drums, additional tires, other heavy components) at no additional fee. Five Star Trucking was awesome. If you're transporting a specialty vehicle, these are the guys you want. Very positive experience.
