Kimberly from Direct Connect came to my rescue when I was in a tight time frame to get our granddaughters car from Disney property in Orlando to Illinois. Another company that was contracted to transport the car, took a down payment from us and then suddenly disappeared.
With this being between Christmas and New Year holidays, I was worried we could not get the car out of Orlando before our granddaughter's flight to Illinois.
Kimberly found a driver for us and the car was here on New Years Day, two days before our granddaughter flew back. The driver, Chris was so helpful in finding a place to pick up the car on the Disney property, which has so many regulations.
