No communication, no idea where the vehicle was in transport, when ask to find out, promise to call back never do, no return emails or phone calls. Had to pay full 3 days before the car was pick up. the driver that Direct Connect Auto Transport hired to delivery the vehicle to Mi that was paid for door to door service on the contract, notifies at the receiving end, a single mom that to receive the vehicle, she had to get a ride out to a TRUCK STOP at 9 PM in 5 degrees temp 30 minutes away and meet a male stranger, drive a vehicle at 9 PM she hasn't driven before and a vehicle with no insurance or plates on the vehicle. I tried to call every phone number or email they gave me I sent emails but no response I did get one phone the next day after the vehicle was delivered at a TRUCK STOP
