First time attempting to transport a vehicle- son was being quickly deployed and needed to have car shipped from Missouri to Maryland. Marc Richards quoted me a few prices and the higher price guaranteed pick up by a certain date. No communication- no return call, no response to email, no response to text. 4 days after pickup date he calls and tells me the price is $300-500 more. I can wait for the price I agreed upon on the contract but that may be months! I was looking around for cameras - cause I knew I was being pranked. I contacted another company that had the car picked up in 3 days and delivered in two- they communicated the entire time - and price was actually lower than the original contract signed with Marc Richards.
