Direct Connect was very easy to deal with at first. The contract and price process was easy, they were very communicative, of course. They contracted the work out to a company called Agatanor Trucking and my car was picked up in Raleigh, NC within two days and was on its way. Two days later, in Tennessee, the truck's lift broke and sat for three days getting repaired. This was frustrating, but things happen. After this point, the communication was not the best. I had to call many, many times to get updates on where the truck, and my car, were. The driver, Arthur, was pretty good about communicating and did keep me in the loop. Not as much as I would have liked, but he did communicate. The short of the long is that the car made it safely and fully intact with no damage. And Arthur, and his nephew, were very, very nice upon arrival and apologetic for the delay. I would use these companies again and if it were not for spotty communication and the delay in delivery, I would have given them five stars.
