I’ve shipped cars several times with other companies and had mixed experiences. DirectConnect delivered the best service by far. On a scale of 1-5, I would rate them a 10. The email and phone conversations were efficient and they worked hard to make the process go smoothly and I think the price was very fair. The actual drivers were excellent. Professional appearance, courteous, excellent communication, and they didn’t waste any time in delivering the car. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again for transporting autos. Excellent !!!
