We contacted Mark Richards on Thursday morning about pick-up of my wife's motorcycle purchased online in San Antonio Texas for delivery to Rio Rancho New Mexico (suburb outside Albuquerque) and it arrived at 7am the next morning. WOW! We were amazed because we tried two other transport companies and they failed miserably. One lied and said they picked it up when in fact it sat at the dealer waiting over the labor day weekend. Fernando said his wife was in a crash and was running late but the truth was, well we'll just leave it alone. The second carrier said they broke down in San Antonio. We cannot say enough about the professionalism and care that we and the motorcycle were given. We paid for open truck but the bike arrived in a closed trailer. These guys truely deliver.
