We had contracted with another company to ship our car over 2000 miles and 3 days before we were scheduled to fly out they still had not confirmed a transport company. We called Direct Connect on a Friday and by Saturday evening our car was on it's was. Tammy was professional, friendly, available when we called and saved our trip, not sure what would have happened without her. She also took care of the return of the car, we had a scheduled transport company a week in advance and the pickup and drop off were completed as scheduled, with direct communication with the driver along the way. We will definitely call Tammy for any car shipping needs!
