When calling Direct Connect I spoke to Bridgette she made me feel at ease about shipping my car with there company. She had the driver pick up my car on short notice and also the driver was very friendly and explained to me that he would arrive in California a day before I would. I worried about that however like he said he arrived a day early. He waited for me to land and delivered my car at my new house. Thank You Bridgette.
