I was in the process of moving from California to Florida and while I was quite nervous about shipping my car (first time jitters, I guess), all I can say is that the customer service and support I received from Direct Connect Auto was awesome! They took me step by step from pick-up to delivery.....and the entire process was flawless. Not only will I use Direct Connect Auto again for my vehicle transport needs, I will be telling all of my associates that travel throughout the U.S. to use them as well. Thank you everyone at Direct Connect!!! My jitters are gone!
