I made the order through Direct Express and my vehicle was picked up by 818 Transportation the driver name is Ron and I could not have asked for a better person. Customer service could not be any better. Within hours of me doing my order online my vehicle was picked up and on its way. I spoke to the Driver at the time of pick up he told me he will be here on Saturday which he was. Not only that I was not home when the vehicle was dropped off and there was some concern his truck will not fit in my community so he parked his truck at a Lowes parking lot drove my vehicle and parked it in my garage and had to walk back may be close to a mile to his truck. That was way beyond what would be expected.
I would like to recognize Ron with 818 transportation for going way beyond the call of duty. THANK YOU Ron! for the absolute best customer service ever.
