The driver showed up when he said he would and did a good job of getting the vehicle loaded. He contacted us half a day prior to his arrival in Texas and kept in touch during the course of the day. He was a couple of hours later than he originally thought, but was good about calling and letting us know that he was delayed. He had a little trouble finding the hotel we were at, but he was close enough we could see him down the street and guide him right to us. The car was dirty and I would probably consider an enclosed carrier next time, but after taking it to a hand wash place it looks great.
