From the first phone call I made and the follow up after picking up the car was top notch. The transport driver did a great job before his arrival keeping us informed as to when he would in fact arrive. He also touched base with us 1\2 through his drive as to his progress and then arrived in Phoenix early, had the car washed and ready to go ahead of schedule.
