I was calling around for a reasonable price to transport my daughter’s vehicle from CA to IL. I heard about Direct Express Auto Transport from a friend. I looked on the internet to see what they were about and filled out the free quote on line. After searching around and hearing back from other transport companies, Direct Express Auto Transport pricing was reasonable. I also check the Better Business Bureau to see how their standing is. I was pleased and choose them. They answered all my questions and concerns. I gave them the available date for pickup and the driver called the day before pickup as they mentioned. He was a bit late because of traffic from LA which was understandable since it was on a Wednesday and at rush hour. He came to my house and expressed is apologies for being late. He told me when the expected delivery date would be, and he was right on time. I wasn’t on the receiving end but the person I had waiting for the car said he was very nice and the car was in the same shape as it left. I will be transporting the same vehicle in 2 years back and I am planning on using Direct Express Auto Transport again. I am very pleased with their service.
