First time transporting an auto, I was afraid of having a bad experience. Did some homework and found Direct Express Auto Transport to have an excellent BBB rating, so after more than a dozen quotes from other companies I chose Direct Express. I was pleased that the transport driver could pick up my vechicle early. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery was exactly on time and as promised. The driver was in contact with me and my person on the receiving end at all times via cell phone. I could not have been more pleased. Very good experience.
