When I scheduled my transport with Direct Express Auto Transport I was initially surprised at the low cost to transport my car and read a few of the reviews and decided to go ahead and book service with them. After setting up my transport I received my confirmation email which stated I would be contacted within a few days by a carrier to transport my car. The transporter called the day before I was told he would to arrange pickup. He was very accommodating and arranged his schedule to fit mine regarding picking up my vehicle which took place on a Tuesday morning before noon. I took a flight to Texas the following Saturday and after arriving received a call from the transporter letting me know my car would arrive on that Monday. I was amazed at the turnaround as well as the constant communication I received from the transporter while my car was in his car. He made me feel comfortable after taking possession of my vehicle knowing that my car would be in good hands. I would highly recommend Direct Express Auto Transport to anyone who needs to transport their vehicle. My vehicle was in an open carrier and received no damage. Should I need this type of service again, I will contact Direct Express Auto Transport.
