The customer service is really nice and helpful. They help to arrange a pick up date that was best for me and I appreciate it lot! And the car shipping was so fast(like 4 days earlier than I expected), and the car was in good condition. The driver who picked up my car is very nice and responsible. And the driver who delivered the car is very patient(My new home address is kind of confusing and because of my flight delay I cannot arrive at my new home on time, so I called him several times about the time and the address. The driver still managed to find the place and delievered it at the time I want, which I appreciate a lot! Overall, very excellent experience, and I will definitely recommend this company to my friends. Thanks a lot!
