The customer service was very helpful when I was shopping around for an auto transport provider. Based on great customer reviews and their BBB rating, I chose them- and am glad I did! The truck driver let me know well ahead of time when he would pick up the vehicle (and even accommodated a last-minute change in the pick-up location), and he arrived right on time to deliver the vehicle. The driver also suggested a nearby destination site to meet since my street was too narrow and steep for the truck. The car was in great condition; I was very impressed and would definitely use the company again.
