The driver was very nice and personable. he inspired confidence in the service.
The only criticism of the service is the e-mail contact, which states specifically in bold, red letters that the payment must be made upon delivery of the vehicle. The secretary told me that it was possible to pay the driver up front, which the driver agreed to. Please update your e-mail information
