This was our first time to transport a vehicle and we had researched several companies before selecting Direct Express Auto Transport. Some of the deciding factors for making our choice was that several other companies were very pushy and flooded us with emails about why we should go with them and how shady most other companies are. The staff at Direct Express were very up front about the costs and explained exactly how the process worked. When we called Direct Express to talk about starting the processing they were very helpful and explained all of the steps that we needed to take and that one of their associates would be calling us in the next 3 to 7 days. On the third the transporter called us and made arrangements to meet us at our home. The transporters were very nice and personable. They told us they would arrive around 12:00Noon time and about 11:45 they called us said they were about 10 minutes away and to expect them shortly. When they arrived they re-arranged the vehicles on their trailer. What I found comforting was the way they handled the vehicles and how much care they took when they were anchoring the vehicles to the trailer. When they left with our vehicle they told us they would keep in touch during their trip and would let us know when they were ready to deliver the vehicle. The destination of our vehicle was to our Son at College. The Transporters called our Son when they were about 2 hours away from the destination. Our Son met the Transporters and received the Car without issue. It took only 30 hours of travel time to deliver our vehicle which was a 900 mile trip. What a pleasant experience all things should be this easy. Thanks to the Direct Express Auto Transport staff for such good service.
