My driver was great, easy to get ahold of. I developed daliy contact with him as I needed my car as soon as possible. My driver explained to me the business of picking up and dropping off cars. I gave him the nick name of "Sunshine" as he was always very nice to me. I would use the service again if I needed to transport my car, no damage was found. The company Direct Express expalined to me how long it would take to find a driver and I was amazed that a driver was located on the same day as I requested the transport.
