You do not expect this kind of service to pick up/deliver your car at exact time you want. They usually give you a range of days to pick up/delivery your car. With that in mind, my car was picked up/delivered pretty fast. My car was available to be picked up on Sept. 2. It was picked up on Sept. 3 at noon. delivered on Sept. 7 at noon. It takes my husband 3 days to drive from Dallas to Sacramento, 10 hours driving every day for 3 days. The driver told me it would take 5-7 days, actually he only used 4 days, so it is very fast. car is dirty, but it is reasonable because I use open carrier. price is very fair. I only find 1 company who has a lower price, but they do not do door to door. This company is door to door. I definitely will recommend it to my friends.
