The customer service representatives at Direct Auto Express were extremely helpful and understanding of my car shipping needs. I had to push out my pick-up date by a week, and changing the pick-up date was done as easily as making a simple phone call. The pricing is one of the lowest I can find around the internet. The staff at Direct Auto Express were always friendly, courteous, and professional. My car arrived at the destination a couple days ahead of its predicted schedule, and the truck driver was friendly and professional as well. Overall this was an extremely pleasing experience, and I would not hesitate to contact Direct Auto Express for all my future car shipping needs!
