Customer Service was great! The car wasn't ready to send on the original pick-up day (my fault) and they worked with me to reschedule and find another trucking company. They even offered some advice on ways to get the order accepted faster (pay a little more, change location to a city a long a more popular route, etc.)
I like how I was given the phone number of the actual driver so that I could find out exactly where my car was
