Direct Express Auto Transport and Golden Key Express did an outstanding job transporting a car for us from the East Coast to the Midwest in October 2011. The elapsed time from first phone call to Direct Express to car delivery by Golden Key was five days! Harold White of Golden Key Express did a phenomenal job of actually moving the car from upstate New York to Indiana. He stayed in close touch by phone, which meant we knew when and what to expect. It seems that this characteristic is sadly missing in many service industry transactions. Hats off to the coordinated efforts of Direct Express Auto Transport and Golden Key Express in exceeding our expectations for affordability ($559 for transport), quality and speed of transport, and outstanding communications. We would gladly be repeat customers should the need arise.
