Vehicle arrived on schedule and in great condition. Reservations and delivery both went smoothly. Pickup was within 2days of the first day we requested. The driver called us from Oklahoma the day prior to delivery to give us an estimated time of arrival, which was helpful in planning our day. I would use Direct Express again if the need arises.
