The best company I have worked with in a long time. Direct Express Auto Transport kept me informed via e-mail and when I called with concerns regarding the initial driver assigned, they were extremely helpful. The cost to transport my car was outstanding and very fair. Their price beat all the other estimates by several hundred dollars. The driver (Randy Beattie) who ended up being assigned my pickup was very courteous and friendly. He was dressed in a neat and clean uniform and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. My automobile was picked up on time, delivered as scheduled and did not have any damage to it. I would not hesitated at all to use Direct Express Auto Transport again as long as they assigned Beattie AutoTransport Inc. as the company to handle the transport in the future. Thank you.
