My new car was picked up on the Monday following Thanksgiving, when I had made the on-line order request the day before the holiday. For clarity, the car was available that Friday, but hadn't been assigned by then. I was neither surprised nor disappointed at the actual pickup day (so, technically late in order to show the actual pickup from when FIRST available). The assignment was made late Friday for an expected Monday pickup which WAS met on time. The driver - Mr. David Watkins of Joyner Trucking, Pearson, GA, called me the night before pickup, confirming the address and contact person at the dealership. He arrived within an hour of the time he expected to, and placed the car in the middle bunk at my request. He checked in with me later that night (Monday) to report progress and plan for delivery on Wednesday. Tuesday afternoon he called to advise me on an early Wednesday delivery and was there on time, with the car already unloaded and ready to go. I was very impressed with Mr. Watkin's professional and pleasant disposition and communication, and of course his handling of my brand new car. I would highly recommend them anytime and will seek them again. There were NO surprises or additional fees on settlement, which took less than 15 minutes before I could drive off and wash my new car - a positive and excellent experience overall.
