I picked this company because a friend of mine indicated that they were good. To my delight, they were better than good. The times they quoted were correct and my vehicle condition was the same as it was when it left Chicago. The carrier was friendly and knowledgable about what I should do with my vehicle. He paye special attention to his freight (Yukon Denali) and was concerned about it once he turned it over to me. A carrier that cares. I would definitely use Direct Express again.
