This is the 2nd time I have shipped a car from Portland, Oregon to Tampa, Florida using Direct Express Auto Transport. Both times my car was picked up and delievered in good condition and on time. I had to change the pickup date 5 or 6 times because of last minute delays in closing on the condo I was selling and Direct Express handled these numerous changes efficiently and without complaint. And there were no charges for the changes even though in two cases a trucker had been assigned. I spoke with 4 or 5 different customer service people and they were all knowledable and efficient. I had no trouble getting through on their phone line. They seem like a very well managed company and I would recommend them to others.
