Due to the nature of the car I was buying (non-running), I was worried it might be hard to get it picked up. I put a deposit down at Direct Express Auto Transport sometime mid-day Wednesday. I received a confirmation email very shortly of my order. Come mid-day Friday I received a phone call from the people at Direct Express Auto Transport. They were very polite and professional, and were expressing concern that they could not get a hold of the seller. By end of the day Friday, all was well and my car was picked up. I got a call Tuesday afternoon letting me know that the driver would be in town as soon as that night and that I would receive a call from him shortly. Steven Lynch (I believe that was his name), the driver, was very polite and professional, and was willing to work with me as he was getting in very late. I opted to just receive it late, and he pulled into town and out front of my house about 1:30 am. He is very good at what he does, and we removed my car from the hauler without incident. I could not ask for better service. Thank you all once again, and I will recommend you to any of my friends needing auto transport.
