I felt Direct Express Auto Transport didn't do as much as they could of. They posted the listing and after that I had to deal with the other companies involved. The first company fell through and Direct Express Auto Transport was not aware that the vehicle wasn't picked up until I called them 2 days later to ask what was going on. I felt I paid them $1025 and I shouldn't of done a lot of the organizing of the delivery. The final company I contracted with was very nice and fortunately was easy to deal with. There wasn't much follow through with Direct Express Auto Transport especially for the price I paid for them to handle the delivery.

Gee, Eileen of California booked her order on Oct. 23 and within two days we assigned three different drivers. That's a lot of work all gone unappreciated. The second one Eileen turned away because it didn't work with her schedule. She got fast service and doesn't seem to realize it.
