STAY AWAY...HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I was told that my vehicle would be picked up in 2-4 days when I booked. It was picked up a MONTH later. I called almost everyday and nobody knew what was going on. I waited for AT LEAST 15 minutes everytime I called to talk to someone. I finally learned that if you select the option for place a new order, you will get someone much quicker. Many times I waited for 20 minutes without an answer and had to just hang up.

On top of the poor servie by Direct Express, the carrier that they gave the job to had nobody who spoke English. Everyone from the office to the drivers were very hard to understand. I ended up having to search for the driver when he delivered my truck because 'i could not understand him when he was trying to tell me where he was.

Overall, STAY AWAY. I thought that shipping my car would be easier than driving, but I was wrong. If I do it again, I won't fall for the low quote from a "highly ranked" company.

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that customer Chris Setchel is dissatisfied with the service but his original pickup address was in remote Hartwell, Georgia, over 100 miles from the city. Few trucks pass through that rural area heading to California and Mr. Setchel was advised of that. All his other negative comments are contrary to what our other customers say. We are in fact easy to talk to and very responsive. We wish Mr. Setchel lots of luck with all his future endeavors.
