Would recommend to anyone! I asked for pick up on Saturday, they called Friday to see if they could pick the car up early. I gladly agreed as I wanted my car on a truck before my flight on Sunday if possible. Picked up the car in the afternoon, driver (Anderson) was polite and very efficient. Quick with paperwork and off went the car. I had already paid my $150 deposit online so there was no money dealing or anything.
My plane arrived in Orlando around midnight Sunday night. He called me about 7am on Monday to drop off the car! I was AMAZED. The car was in perfect condition, no more dirty than it was when it was loaded up. Gave him the money order for $550, signed some paperwork, and that was all there was to it. I was back in bed by 7:30, even after driving a mile or two up the road to a big parking lot by the mall.
If I need my car to be shipped back to AZ in a year, not sure if we're driving or not, I will DEFINITELY use Direct Express Auto Transport. Express is right! I'm still blown away that they got the car here so fast!
Also, this move was $700, I was quoted at least $830 by most others, some as high as $925 for the same service!!
(This move was from Phoenix, AZ to Gainesville, FL on an open carrier. The car was an 07 Cobalt (small 2 door))
