Being my first time transporting a car, and this on only has 15000 original miles, I was very concerned about making a good choice. I made a GREAT choice. Direct was very friendly and told me exactly what I needed to do, when to do it and what to expect. It went like clockwork. My pickup driver Dave, was very friendly and concerned about me knowing what to expect and when my vehicle would get to Sc where my daughter was going to pick it up. He kept in contract with her from when they left FL to whne he delivered the vehicle in SC. She did not have to wait around the house like a cable company timeframe. THis was one of the many special ways I felt treated as they respected our time. The vehicle was delivered promplty, in exactly a perfect condition and with everyone feeling good about the entire experience. I would highly recommend Direct and everyone involved with this move to all that I know. Great job by everyone.
