I didn't really use customer service extensively so I didn''t rate them as excellent. However, Joe, the driver for Elite Auto Transport - Ozark, MO was very professional and stayed in constant communication with me from the time he left Chicago until he delivered the car to my front door here in San Antonio. I couldn''t ask for better service. The car was picked up two days after my "first available date" and arrived a few days later. The car was dirty but that was to be expected with the weather conditions during the trip in an open carrier. I thought that the smaller carrier that was used (max 4 cars) was awesome --protected my vehicle much better than the larger two-level carrier. Once again, I was very satisfied with the overall service of both companies. I wouldn''t hesitate to recommend it to my friends. Regards ... Mike
