The reason I chose this company was they clearly display their MC License # & local phone numbers - maybe not on the homepage but easily found.
I was a little concerned when the carrier's voicemail box was full when I called to confirm but my concern amounted to nothing.
The carrier, CAA Transport scheduled a pickup for one day and then had to cancel because of mechanical problems with their truck. I was again a bit concerned but they were apologetic and polite and rescheduled for the very next day. Ok, things happen and they handled it very well.
Car was picked up on time and delivered days ahead of schedule. So much ahead of schedule when they informed me they were going to deliver at 9am the following day I had to tell them to wait till 10. I wasn't planning on getting to the bank to collect the cash for delivery for another day or so. Having to go to the bank early is not a bad problem when shipping a car.
I would not hesitate to recommend Direct Express of CAA Transport.
Oh, the price wasn't the cheapest but close within $10-20
