Excellent experience. Pickup was on date requested and delivery was within 5 days. Selected Direct Express based on reviews from this site and price. Purchased car via eBay auction from out-of-state dealer. Price was $300 cheaper then eBay recommended transporter.
I will buy more cars from eBay and I will use Direct Express again. There were other highly rated transporters but most of them required you call a number to speak to a representative about a quote and order. I personally prefer the convenience of doing those transactions on the Internet and Direct Express provides that convenience.
