Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. Yep - the information on the three orders got all jumbled up which was probably our fault, but maybe also Thom, or perhaps a little of both. We did apologize to Mr. Webb and do so again here. We wish Mr. Thom Webb lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
