I did not receive a call prior to the earliest date estimated for pick up. I called the day after and was given the drivers cell number. The driver and I estimated when he would arrive at my place. He was a few hours later than we estimated. he was a real nice guy and we talked and confirmed everything for about 15-20 minutes. He called me a couple days later on my cell and told me his ETA for delivery. We talked again and he dropped off the car within a few hours of his estimate. Easy to work with, nothing wrong with my car - nothing stolen, nothing broken. Best price I found. The carrier was Coastal Auto Transport. They have some bad reviews; but my experience was without incident.
