No Answer After Deposit and NO SHIPMENT

I made my deposit and read the "reviews" which I was later told come from the company itself, and others who they pay. They looked like a great BBB approved company. They are in fact, not affiliated or endorsed by the BBB.
This carrier quickly took my money and then placed me in a central dispatch system. They sent one driver who mad my person on pick up wait all day before telling him they decided not to pick the car up.
At that point I bagan sending one of 6 emils and calling over and over again. I got nothing but the run around. In the end several companies called me and told me that this company underbids, takes deposits and lets your car wait.
After over a month and a half, almost two months my seller was upset. I had to contact another carrier. I called for my deposit back. Hopefully this works... if not, it is time for legal action.
DO NOT BELIEVE THE FRAUD THIS CARRIER TRIES TO PUSH!

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that customer Charles Sansone of Maricopa, Arizona is dissatisfied, but most of what he asserts is false. Anyone can look up our BBB accreditation and see that it is so, and that it is A+. Mr. Sansone set up his vehicle as a VW Beetle, then switched it to a Bradley GT Kit Car, which is not in our system for a reason. So low to the ground, carriers are reluctant to haul it. We wish Charles Sansome lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
