Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that customer Monica Capuchino is dissatisfied, but we identified her shipment as a problem two days before Ms. Capuchino vehicle was made available and sent her this email admonition: ... Quote: Thanks for inquiring. We try hard to explain it on our web site and over the phone, but our system does not provide for guaranteed pickup or delivery dates. It allows for a typically one to seven day window for pickup from the first date you make your vehicle available. That too is not guaranteed because there must be a carrier leaving the Pensacola, FL area that week with 7-10 cars and heading to the Santa Nella, CA area. (End Quote) ... Can we be anymore clear in advance? We wish Monica Capuchino lots of luck in all her future endeavors.
