When I called them about shipping the Cargo Van, she was friendly and gave me all the information I needed for this order. She could not promise a delivery date for Friday the 28th because of it being the holiday season. I understood this and told her as long as we got it within two weeks it would be fine. She said that I would be contacted by the transit company be e-mail and I was the next day. Every thing about Direct Express was excellent and when it comes time for Eric to get another van we will use you again if it comes to that.
