Direct Express Auto was recommended to me through a friend.My car was transported from Ohio to Arizona by AV Transport contracted through Direct Express Auto. I did wait 15 days for pickup, when I got the e-mail that I had a transporter I called. They said they would call the next day (Wed) and schedule pickup for (Thurs). On Wed afternoon Chad called me and within 2 hrs. he was on my street for pickup! Both Chad and Alex were very professional, knowledgeable and I was very pleased with the service provided. I would recommend and would use Direct Express Auto again if necessary.
