Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that customer Samantha Snellen is dissatisfied with her shipment from Norman, Oklahoma to Lynn Haven, Florida. We remember making lots of phone calls on her behalf to resolve that situation. Next time we will do better. We wish Ms. Snellen much luck in all her future endeavors.
