The operators were very knowledgeable about the time frames and process of shipping the car. However, I said I would call back and the operator said she had my quote near her desk and to ask for her. When I called back, no one knew where my quote was. However, they pulled through in the end, picked up the car, delivered it without a scratch, and their timeline was accurate. I would use them again.
