I've never used a transport service before, and was somewhat reluctant to do so based on stories I heard/read about.
My experience with Direct Express A/T was excellent - every step of the process was clearly explained, all questions answered, and the pickup and delivery occurred exactly as expected (especially impressive given the poor road conditions at the time my vehicle was delivered!). The driver who picked up and delivered our vehicle was very professional and I felt confident there were not going to be any issues with this service after meeting him during the pickup process.
I definately recommend this service!
